One entry per
e-mail address/household per month. The winner will
be chosen at random from entries and notified by
e-mail. Non-winning entries are eligible to enter
in subsequent months. Entering the contest grants
me permission to list your name (first name, last
initial, city and state) as the winner and to add
you to my mailing list.

shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any
liabilities, losses, costs, or damages of any kind
(including without limitation direct, indirect,
incidental, special, exemplary, consequential or
punitive damages) resulting from or related to the
contest. The winner agrees to indemnify and hold
Beverly Long harmless with respect to any and all
claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, or
settlements, including reasonable attorney's fees,
costs, and other expenses incurred by winner on
account of participation and the winning of this
